A large plane of water at the edge of the plot functions as a swimming pool and gives amplitude to the entire garden due to the visual continuity generated with a large lake in the vicinity.

There is a large, mostly flat lawn area linking the ground floor of the house and the swimming pool. This is the main place to enjoy the garden, while the large slopes on either side of it were stabilised by placing rocks and planting different species of ball-pruned shrubs, resulting in a composition of great ornamental interest. The slopes are crossed by a series of paths that allow transit between the different outdoor areas and the house itself. Some of these paths in the flatter areas are enlarged to create different living areas.

The plant composition is made up of evergreen species that are very resistant to pruning, which guarantee the aesthetic stability of the garden, while different specimens of deciduous trees, interesting for their flowering or colouring, provide chromatic diversity throughout the year.
