The house, large grassy areas and a small lake created in the background surround a large flat lawn, facing south, which serves as the main living area. In the area next to the swimming pool, a chill-out area and a circular sandbox were created to simulate a Zen garden. This garden is similar to those created in the main entrance area, where slate monoliths emerge from a large surface combed with fine gravel.
The tree stratum is made up of different species giving rise to naturalised woodland. Birch trees were planted in the area of the lake and liquidambar trees separating the meadow from the chill-out sandpit. On the other hand, groups of flowering apple trees with bushes and strawberry trees recovered from the countryside dot the grassy area.
